About Little Rae:
Adorable little girl who is dealing with an injury to her spine - Little Rae was injured by a dog and brought to a ho kill shelter for care/help. When she failed to make significant progress and the possibility of a cart/wheel chair was deemed 'inhumane', she was slotted for euthanasia. Kentucky Pets Alive believes all lives matter.
