About Felecity:
Gorgeous Love Bug who can't get enough human attention - Felecity found herself at a high kill shelter with an upper respiratory infection. These two aren't a good combination. Thankfully a foster stepped up for her and she is now fully vetted and more than ready to start a new happy life.
