About Simon:
Adorable special needs puggle. - hELP! Simon was hit by car and sustained a broken back and pelvis. His injuries were unable to be treated. He was rescued by Kentucky Pets Alive and has undergone 3 months of cage rest, and lots of TLC. He is able to walk but will require life long supportive care. He LOVES to play with toys and sticks. He loves ANY human attention. He is in foster care with other dogs and cats and does well.
