About Carter:
Uniquely marked - has bengal markings - Carter was brought to an overcrowded kill shelter with a broken leg. He was ony 8 weeks old and very scared. Thankfully the volunteers at Kentucky Pets Alive stepped up and got him into their foster program and he received all the medical care he needed. He is now been given the all clear/healed stamp from the vet. He is a super sweet boy who LOVES to cuddle.
